Am I a candidate for liposuction? Breast lift or augmentation? I don't care if they're big, just perky and equal in size.

For patients that have good positioning of the nipples and good quality skin, a simple breast augmentation can be magical.  Otherwise if there is too much skin and deflation, then one needs to add a mastopexy (or lift).  Once you have improved your breasts they will look proportionally larger next to your abdomen.  Continuing to work on core strengthening with diet and exercise may improve the abdominal area for a lifelong goal.  However, Coolsculpting (non invasive fat reduction) or lipo can simply help those trouble spots.   Keep up the good work

If you are considering liposuction, think about a fat transfer to your breast to give them a nice look. See link below for examples.
