I ordered Brite Smile, and the TV ad said to use it twice a day. If I use it 4 times a day, will that brighten my teeth quicker?

Use a product according to its instructions
If a company has suggested usage for its product, then it is best to follow them. Using a product more than reccommended can cause side effects such a sensitivity, which may cause you to discontinue them early and not get the results you want.
