I'm trying to find out if it's possible to have teeth # 4 through #12 on a bridge with teeth numbers 4, 6, 8 and 12 as the supporting teeth? I've already had root canals and temporary crowns put in the supporting teeth and would like to have the permanents done as a bridge rather than a partial denture. Thank you

It is very common to place dental implants in the 7 and 10 postitions, then place a four unit bridge across the front. When placed properly, a four until bridge can be a very aesthetic option for missing front teeth. These are very durable bridges that should be fairly easy to keep...
I would have your orthodontist/ general dentist cement the Maryland bridge to only one of the teeth, preferably the bigger tooth , which would be the other front tooth. Dentist have a more permanent solution beyond Dentemp and Fixodent that should last longer than your current situation....
Your best option is to call the local county Dental Society and see if they have a "Peer Review Committee". If so, they can gave an experienced dentist evaluate it and determine if it can be corrected or needs replacement. The original dentist is obligated to comply with their advice.
