I currently have 12 year old implants, placed above the muscle. I have been looking into breast lift procedures and at first had thought by placing new implants beneath the muscle I would maybe gain a lift of a couple of centimetres. I then contemplated, new implants with a crescent lift, unitil i found out about breform. I measure 22 centimetres from the sternoclavicular notch to the nipple, and believe I would benefit from the nipple being at 19cm. Your expertise is greatly appreciated

Can Breform Be Placed over Silicone Implants to Produce a Breast Lift?

The breform net is not approved yet by the FDA for usage in the US. Since it is being used  in the UK  and a few other countries I suggest you consult with a plastic surgeon in the UK.
