Difficulty Breathing Due to Bad Nose Surgery. What Can I Do?

first operation was cosmotic, unfortuntially led to a destroy of the bones supporting the nose and to severe deviation in septum. second one, the physcian implanted a small bone extracted from the skull and the nose has got its previos shape but with very narow latral valves what caused dificulty in breathing. the last one mad an oparation on the lower terbunates only and he said to me that he made a v like tunel at the bottem of the nose bone to ease air entering througth in it. is that valid?

update:
as for my last question, there is some correction: the v like surgery was at tissue of the valve itself, not in the bone and that was to icrease the valv space as the surgen said.
