When Will I See Final Results from Breast Implant Revision?
28 days ago had total capsulectomy & pocket lowered on right. Expander to implant exch with MentorCPGs on both. Left is perfect, doesn't move at all & will not drop (PS said so), right is loose, saggy &moves. Will the right lift & tighten on it's own? Or will I need yet another surgery? Unevenness & shape upsetting.

I think you look great right now and it is still likely your results will iimprove with time. Allow 6 months at least. Additional srugery carries benefits of improvement but risks of making it worse. Leave this result alone.

Breast revision
All breasts after a revision will loosen up a bit. They will change over time and so the left may loosen up as well.
