Is there a non-surgical Breast Lift procedure?

My breasts are very saggy for my age. I just turned 20, and I was wondering if there is any way to lift them without surgery. I am a 32D.

A: There is only surgery

Richard P. Rand, MD

The only way to correct what you have is with surgery.  If you are anywhere close to having children you might wait until you are done.  If not,  a well done breast lift will make you much happier with your situation.  Do your research carefully as breast lifting is sculpting and no two... more

A: Breast Lift best for sagging or droopy breasts

Sean A. Simon, MD

Sagging breasts at a young age is more common than you might think, with increasing frequency in women that developed large breasts very young.  For women of any age with sagging breasts, a breast lift either in conjunction or alone is often the procedure that is necessary to provide the optimal result... more

A: Non-surgical breast lift is usually disappointing

There is experimental work on using non-surgical skin tightening technology to lift breasts. These procedures use infrared and radiofrequency heat energy to tighten the skin. The best is LuxIR Deep, but other machines are Thermage, Titan, and Refirme. These techniques require 4 treatments scheduled a month... more

A: Unfortunately, no.

Hi!  People think that you have to get old to have sagging breasts. But some women have sagging breasts in their teens.Specially when the breasts are large. We often do breast lifts (sometimes together with a little breast reduction) on women in their 20's.  You have to accept a "lollypop"... more

I am sorry to say that the only way to correct the sagging component of your breast is to reshape and lift your breasts. Beware of breast lift surgeons. There are a lot of different techniques and not all proccedures are created equal.

A: Non-surgical breast lift not possible

William B. Rosenblatt, MD

The non surgical breast lift is called wearing a bra. We know of no way to lift the breast without surgery. Sorry, we have not yet invented a dip solution to tighten skin; maybe one day.

A: No non-surgical correction of sagging breasts

Scott E. Kasden, MD

The only thing that will help would be a bra, but this would not correct the situation when undressed. Unfortunately, there is no long term non-surgical correction of sagging breasts.

A: No good way to re-shape breasts without surgery

Hi there, Unfortunately, there is no way to lift or re-shape the breasts without a procedure of some kind. Breast drooping results from a loss of balance between the skin, breast tissues, and chest wall, and therefore, restoration of this balance requires adding breast material (implants), removing skin (a... more

A: No non-surgical breast lift

James C. Grotting, MD

A photograph of your breasts would allow a plastic surgeon to definitively answer this question. From what you are describing, you undoubtedly have breast ptosis (sagging or droopiness). A surgical breast lift or mastopexy is the only way to reliably lift your breasts and restore a more youthful,... more
