Implants and nursing

The position of your implants shold not impact your ability to breast feed.  But it is hard to predict who can breast feed and who cannot.

Breast implants and nursing

With fold incisions, the breast parenchyma and ductal system should be intact. Therefore, it is quite likely that you should be capable of nursing even if your implant "fell out of its pocket".

Bottomed out impants have not "fallen out of the pocket"

What you have is a bottomed out implant in which the pocket has stretched out and doesn't hold the implant as high as it is supposed to.  This has only cosmetic ramifications and no bearing on breast feeding.  It will need repair someday for the best result.

Implant Falling Out of Pocket?

I am not sure what you mean when you say the implant has fallen out of the pocket.  Is the implant still inside the breast?  If so, then it is still in the pocket itself. Still able to breast feed with implant out of pocket

There is no such thing as the implant falling out of its pocket.  What does happen is that the pocket stretches out or enlarges and the implant may either bottom out or fall under the armpit.  There is no reason not to breast feed if you so desire.  Once you are done breast feeding you can have the pocket repaired - called a capsulorraphy - if it bothers you, but I would wait until at least 6 months after breast feeding is done.  Good luck.
