I have a wide cleavage. When I am not wearing a bra my breasts kinda go to the side a little and there is a pretty big space between them. Without a bra they are about 4 finger widths apart. Is there anything a breast surgery could do to reduce the space between my breasts? I don't have breast implants.Thank you.

Wide cleavage or space between breasts
This can be a difficult problem.
Breast implants can reduce the space. However, if you wish to avoid breast implants that may be a more difficult goal to achieve.
