I had breast reduction surgery about two weeks ago, they took out about 840 and 880 from left and right. I plan to go back to work in 4 days. My concern is that I have yellow discharge coming from some popped stitches and around the nipple and small holes that bleed. Also some of my stiches are coming out. I still feel nauseated and throw up when I eat certain foods, I would like to know if all of this is normal.

Breast Reduction Concerns Should Be Directed to Surgeon

It is a bit early for your stitches to be "popping", but this and all questions this early in your post-op period should be directed to your operating surgeon who is in the best position both to explain the reasons for your concerns as well as tell you what you can do until seen in the office.  There are medications which can be given to help you with your nausea.
