Dear doctors, Would you be so kind to advice is it posible to make breast lift without implants and without fat transfer in my specific case ? I am happy with my size 36B, just want more perkier looking breasts. Thank you!

You normally will be the same size if you just lift the breasts. You need to have tissue removed ie a breast reduction to be smaller. So in a bra, your size should be the same if you just have a breast lift. If you want them smaller, discuss this with your surgeon.
There is no evidence that radiofrequency will provide a breast lift. It would be useful to see photos but it sounds like a breast lift or mastopexy would be the best option.
