Ask a QuestionBreast Lift Needed After Implant Removal?
I had a BA 10 months ago, going from A to C cup (290 and 310 cc sillicone gel implants). Before the operation they were small and definitely not sagging, now they are still high. I am worried about needing a breast lift or not? How many wks/months will the skin need to get back to normal if i don't?

Implant removal and now a lift?
It is very hard to predict how the breasts will respond to removing of implants until after the surgery. Some do reasonably well while others need a lift.

There are so many factors that will effect the ultimate outcome and appearance of your breasts following implant removal. These include:
1.Age (yes, over 40 does mean less elasticity/contractility than a 25 year old but usually more than a 60 year old)
2.Size of implant
3.Number of years implant is in place
4.Over or under the muscle placement
5.Length and duration of nursing while implants are in place
6.Natural volume of breast tissue
