Breast Lift with Implants - Open Wounds?

I had a breast lift with implants 3weeks ago (out of USA), I have open wounds under each of my breasts and under one of the niples...what is the best way to deal with this complication?

Cosmetic surgery outside of the US can leave you with costly complications

You should see a plastic surgeon immediately to deal with your complications. He or she will probably charge you for the visit and any necessary procedures to correct the problems. Revisions for surgery done in the US are usually free of charge by the surgeon that does the initial surgery. see video

Wounds after Breast Augmentation/Lifting and out of Country?

I'm sorry to hear about the complication you are experiencing; most of the time these wounds tend to be superficial and heal with local wound care that may involve topical antibiotics, nonstick/sterile dressings. Sometimes however the complication can be more serious and requires immediate attention.
