Can you tolerate all of these cosmetic surgery operations
First, it is important to evaluate wether you are an acceptable candidate for each of these procedures. The fact that you can not excercise and have gained 30 pounds would not be the best indication for surgery.
We can help to create a result, but can not maintain it. In a patient such as yourself, I would educate you on how to diet and exercise, even if this means just walking for 30 - 60 minutes 5 days a week. I would ask you to loose 10 pounds before proceeding forward.

The More That is Done, the Higher the Risk
Although many of these prcedures can be done at one time the risks increase and the results may not be as good as doing them in separate surgeries. This is something that you need to discuss with your surgeon. You need to consider that the risk of blood clots, infection and respiratory problems increase as you uindergo this much surgery at one time.
I would encourage you to break these up into reasonable sessions.
