I had surgery 4 days ago.. I was a small 34 B cup before and requested to be a full C. my surgeon put in 339 cc silicone implants. They look alot small than expected.. Do u think I will be a C cup??

Most likely

Four days after surgery is too early to tell what cup size you will be. But, in general, if you were a B cup and had 339 cc implant then that will most likely get you to a C cup. I suggest you wait for about  6 - 8 weeks and then decide.

Breast augmentation

Whether you are a c cup or not would depend on if you were actually a B cup before and also how tall you are. My guess is that yes you would end up in the c cup range. Sometimes right after surgery the breasts will seem very tight, As the skin stretches and the implants drop they will actually seem larger even though of course the implants are the same size.
