D cup Breast implants generally look too large?

I am due to have my Breast implants surgery soon and unsure about size. I am 5'2" and 8 stone with no children. I was thinking of having either C or D. I really like the look of D cup on my friend who has implants, but I know they dont look the same on everyone. She has a similar built as mine. I'm just worried, is it more likely that they will look good on me as well?
