D Cup Breast Implants Generally Look Too Large?

I am due to have my Breast implants surgery soon and unsure about size. I am 5'2" and 8 stone with no children. I was thinking of having either C or D. I really like the look of D cup on my friend who has implants, but I know they dont look the same on everyone. She has a similar built as mine. I'm just worried, is it more likely that they will look good on me as well?

Choose an implant size by trying on some trial implants in your clothes. See what size you are comfortable with and then have your surgeon use an implant that will get you close to that size. Afterward, if you are happy with your size then it doesn't matter if the bra is a C or D as long as you are comfortable... more
