Breast Implants After Breast Reduction?

If you want firmer and larger, it sounds like you just need to go up in size with the implants. It would not make sense to remove tissue and put in larger implants.

Hi, Thank you for your question. It is unclear exactly why you are having your implants replaced. If you just want bigger implants, this should not decrease your firmness. In fact, depending on your breast tissue and elasticity, it may make your breasts firmer. I would not advise having a reduction and would be surprised if any board certified surgeon would do it. On the contrary, depending on your tissue and skin elasticity, they will probably become firmer.
