Minor fat removal without Lipo during breast augmentation?

Can I have small amounts of fat removed from my tummy and love handles during my breast implant surgery without having Liposuction? I have considered the Brazilian Butt Lift to avoid Liposuction and add a little volume to my buttocks. In my research, the procedure is far less invasive than Lipo, which is extremely important in my decision. I am also having trouble finding a surgeon I like that does both. Any advice?
