Minor Fat Removal Without Lipo During Breast Augmentation?

Can I have small amounts of fat removed from my tummy and love handles during my breast implant surgery without having Liposuction? I have considered the Brazilian Butt Lift to avoid Liposuction and add a little volume to my buttocks. In my research, the procedure is far less invasive than Lipo, which is extremely important in my decision. I am also having trouble finding a surgeon I like that does both. Any advice?

Removing fat without liposuction and breast implant augmentation

The ONLY way described to achieve the Brazilian Butt lift is to remove the fat WITH LIPOSUCTION and then to transfer to to the buttocks. If this is acceptable to you liposuction with fat transfer to the butt and breast implants can be achieved simultaneously.

Fat removal without liposuction during breast augmentation

Breast augmenation and liposuction are the two most commonly performed cosmetic procedures in the United States. Frequently, they can be safely combined in the appropriate patient. However, in regards to the question, there is no way to remove substantial amounts of fat from the abdomen and flanks (love handles) without using liposuction. In fact, the Brazilian Butt Lift also involves the use of liposuction.

BBL will not solve your problem

Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) is not a substitute for removing fat from your abdomen. The BBL will alter the shape of your derriere which may mask the faults in your love handles.
