From 32A to 36A Attainabe with Breast Implants?

I am a 21-year-old female who stands 5'5" and weighs 110 lbs. I am considering having Breast implants because the size of each differs by an inch. When wearing moderate padded bras, my left breast fills a 32a, while the right has a good sized gap to fill. I want to still stay an A cup but perhaps increase to a 36a. I do not want results to be completely obvious; I want people to just think that perhaps I am wearing a good padded bra. Are these results attainable, and could I achieve these results by some other means?

Breast implants

Going froma 34 A to a 36 A is a bit confusing. The "#" should not change with implants, that is a measure of your chest circumference. The cup size can change so that you can have better symmetry.

Your main problem is breast asymmetry.

Hi! I can visualize your anatomy, and it is easy to correct. I would use a tiny breast implant on the left, and a big enough one on the right so they were both the same size. Some patients need an implant in the smaller breast only. Either way, you could remain small. In Manhattan, we use disposable implant SIZERS during surgery to see for sure which breast implants give you the best symmetry. We do this before we open the permanent implants, so there is no guess work. The number in... more

Individual analysis

Only an individual analysis can determine if what you desire is attainable. It is difficult to get breasts to look, act, and feel completely symmetric when you start out asymmetric. You might have to prioritize between naturalness and symmetry. As an example, you might put in implants that are so large that your entire breast is essentially implant. You might be very symmetric but not very natural. For each individual breast, the most natural augmentation is that using the least projecting... more

You need to understand the bra sizing

I'm always amazed at the number of women that don't understand bra sizing. Okay, it's really the fault of the bra manufactures because they don't make things clear. The number of the bra size represents the circumference of the rib cage. This is measured under the breasts. This number can change as the thorax increases in sized, for example with weight gain in the back. The letter represents the breast shape. So increasing the breast size with implants with not change the number but... more

I doubt it

The band width of your bra really doesn't change from a breast augementation, but the cup size does increase. So I can't imagine how this request can be done. But also realize that breast augmentation is not sized to fit a certain bra but for what you want the result to look like. The bra size just follows.

Possible

You have some asymmetry.  You may want to consider a low profile implant to minimize projection.  You may also need to consider having one implant placed  in the smaller size.  You should get evaluated.   Good luck, I think you can get what yo are looking for.   sek
