Suture placement to correct bottming out

Not truly "bottoming out"

I wouldn't call this bottoming out. Your implants are in a good position on your chest.  There is a contour irregularity on the right side, likely caused by a constricting band of muscle or scar tissue.  This can be released, likely through the same incision. Good luck!
