Thank you for your question. Both Saline and silicone breast implants are safe. Each has pro's and con's (see link below). To reduce rippling, most would recommend silicone gel breast implants. Saline implants are less expensive, overall rate of capsular contracure is less, and the scar is less. Consult 3 - 4 experienced and expert board certified plastic surgeons to review your options.
