Breast Implant Size and Type Advice?

I am 5'1", weigh 125 lbs and have an A cup size. I am interested in getting breast implants and was wondering how large I should go and what type would be best? I would really like something bigger rather than smaller, but I am not sure if it will stretch my skin too much or make my breasts saggy at an early age. Thanks for your time.

Choosing the right implant for you really is hard to determine without a formal exam and a thorough discussion of your goals.

Breast Implant Size and Type Advice?

It is very easy to be confused by this measuring system. Cup sizes are only used as estimates for clothing. Although the measuring technique for determining cup size is precise, the results of these measurements are not. Let me give you an example; weight is a very accurate measurement. However two patients that weigh 120 lbs are not likely to look alike. The same is true with two patients that have C cup breasts. This is why physicians tend to use volume (cubic centimeters or cc) as a... more

Breast Implant Sizing

Your questions are valid and common. You need to be examined and measurements done to see exactly what you dimensions are. Only then can a surgeon tell you how big you can go safely. Obviously the bigger you go, the more things will stretch over time. So what you want is to go the largest you can go for your body which would be in the safe range. What I suggest is to perform the rice test....(link below) and see what you come up with. At that point you can discuss the measurement you have more

Need a physical exam to determine appropriate breast implant size

Your questions will be best answered following a physical examination. At time your existing breast tissue can be evaluated and the appropriate type and size of implant can be selected. It helps to bring in photos of your desired size and shape. From this information it is not too difficult to determine proper implant size. In general, time weight and gravity are not on your side. It is important that your existing soft tissue can support the size and weight of the implant. A... more

Breast implant size and type advice

Dear BG, The questions you are asking can only be accurately answered after a physical examination in which your breasts are examined. While theoretically, (almost) any size breast implant can be placed in almost any body - it really does not mean that they could, that they should and, if they could be put it, that such breast implants / augmented breasts would be appealing either in the short, or long term period. To start off; Ideally, the breast implants need to be covered by your... more
