If I loss weight and my breast drop a bit in size, can I use the brava bra system to give them a lift or a bit fullness. Does it work and is it safe if I already had breast implants. What about my implant, will it burst, leak due to its the dome's suction? Will my scar be affected, my incision was under my breast. How long should I wait if its safe to use the brava bra? Thank you for your time

BRAVA and Breast Implants

You may want to direct this question to Dr. Khouri's office in Miami, Inventor of the Brava. Currently there are certain indications for the BRAVA but it is being used in conjunction with fat grafting to enhance breasts. I would contact the BRAVA company regarding indications and contra-indications.

Brava and breasts

The Brava system was developed to recruit local tissue to enlarge the breasts.  It will not tighten skin or lift the breast unless you fill them with something( i.e. fat)
