Why Can't a Breast Feeding Mom Have a TCA Peel?
Why is TCA contraindicated for breast feeding moms? What is the effect of TCA on my baby? I'm breastfeeding, I have a 10% TCA peel and I'm planning to use it.

TCA relatively contraindicated in breastfeeding
Trichloracetic acid (TCA) is a relative contraindication in breastfeeding because we do not know how much TCA gets secreted in breast milk and its effect on your child. On the other hand, if you were to proceed with 10% TCA peel, chances are your child will do just fine but no physician will vouch for that.
