I had breast lift and augmentation 5 weeks ago and immidiately 36 hours after surgery we discovered that implant had fallen below crease line. I mentioned that i had a lot of pain and brusing and suspected hematoma and he said no its just swollen but last week he agreed that i had a hematoma and body was absorbing it. Did they bottom out? My doctor said he would fix this in three months. He mentioned tightening the incision or pocket. Is that the solotion? I also have some assymentry.

Bottoming out

Without photos, I can not say whether or not you bottomed out. If they did, then your doctor is right and they can be fixed in a few months.
