Started out being excited about bigger boobies...not so sure now. Want to really know what the risks are and how common they are?

Breast Implant Safety

Breast implants are safe medical devices. Both saline and silicone gel implants are FDA approved for use in the United States. Risks of breast implants

The risks with breast implant are real but fortunately not too common. But on the other hand, do not assume that your surgery to have breast implants is not a one time thing. The literature suggests that the majority of patients will have to have another procedure in their lifetime.
