I had breast augmentation surgery on 6/30/2010, when can I go bigger? How soon can I have another breast augmentation? I have Allergan 360cc MM Cohesive Silicon Gel implants, anatomical shape and I'm a full B, but I would like to be a D Cup. How soon can I have another BA and what size implants would I need to have a D Cup?

Can you go bigger?  According to the time I answer this question you are more than six months since your surgery.  You possible can go bigger but would need an exam.

Unhappy with breast implant size

Yes, you can go larger. I would wait at least three months before another surgery to allow everything to heal. Every cup size is about 150cc. Unfortunately, esp[ecially if your implants are under the muscle, the size of your breasts will still decrease for up to a year!

Going bigger with breast implants

Most women who receive a 360 implant would be clsoer to a C than a B. That having been said, I would adivse an implant inthe range of 500-550cc if your breast measurements and parameters permit this.  I would advise waiting at least 4 months prior to undergoing revision augmentation.
