I had a breast augmentation 3 weeks ago. The insertion cut was undeer the breast and under the muscle. I am experiencing severe pain and lumps on my right breast from the bottom going up on the inner side of the breast. The pain is severe enough that it hurts to stand straight. Is this normal?

You should return to your plastic surgeon and have him check you out and ask him your questions. We have no way of knowing what is going on with you. This is why you paid your plastic surgeon and why you should return for a follow up visit.
To Julie N, Hi! I am not sure what's wrong, but you should see your surgeon right away. What you are describing as lumps could be a hematoma, an infection, muscle irregularity, or a palpable implant.
