I've been searching for plastic surgeons for this procedure and i noticed that most of the cheapest bbls are from Miami (in country ,otherwise its mexico).

I recommend consulting with a board certified plastic surgeon (American Board of Plastic Surgery) for your surgery. There are surgeons all over the US who perform this procedure on a routine (weekly) basis. You should find a surgeon who is experienced with this type of procedure and that has several photos to show you of past patients.
