Can you use your twin's fat to enhance your own buttocks?
I can think of plenty of people who would gladly volunteer their extra fat for any use. However, you can use only your own fat for your own gluteal augmentation. Even fat from a twin wouldn't necessarily be the same as your own, due to different antigenic exposures throughout your lives.

It would not be appropriate, in my opinion, to consider using your twin's fat for several reasons. The first is the fact that you may have some antigens that would not be shared between you that could stimulate an immune response. The other is that ethically, I do not think it would be appropriate to obtain donor fat from an identical twin for a cosmetic procedure; it would violate several ethical principles. Fat From Identical Twin Not Recommended
Even though someone is an identical twin, there can still be variations in their reactive antibodies, etc. This means that the chances for increased fat necrosis or resorption may be higher if attempting to use a twins fat for gluteal augmentation. I would be cautious about the prospect of undergoing such a procedure without thoroughly investigating it.
