i am 24yrs young and have had 3 babies (2 back to back) and my body is def showing the effects, i feel i am in my prime and am ready for a new look for the new year, i am about 5'4" and weigh about 194lbs im wondering if i have a chance for the desired body i want?

Judging from your photos I think your skin on the back and the flank has great tone and will contract well with liposuction I think the skin on your abdomen also has good tone especially the skin above the umbilicus and will contract well.
