i am 24yrs young and have had 3 babies (2 back to back) and my body is def showing the effects, i feel i am in my prime and am ready for a new look for the new year, i am about 5'4" and weigh about 194lbs im wondering if i have a chance for the desired body i want?

I think the Brazilian butt lift is the right procedure for you. Judging from your photos I think your skin on the back and the flank has great tone and will contract well with liposuction I think the skin on your abdomen also has good tone especially the skin above the umbilicus and will contract well. You really need a physical exam to tell if the abdominal wall musculature and fascia is strong but from your photo I think it is. And because of this I don't think you need a tummy tuck...

I believe you can get a beautiful result with the Brazilian Butt Lift. You may not have exactly the body of the woman in the photo, but I believe it will give you a beautiful shape.
