Braces or Orthognathic? (photo)

I want a perfect ( smile , face profile and lip shaped ) . Inoticed that my canine's roots are outstanding specially the left one, because my right canine is a little back, Q1/ Do i need braces with chin surgery OR orthognathic surgery ? Q2/ What is the expected results of both of them ? thank you
