Braces or Crown After My Deep Cleaning? (photo)

hello, I am 28 years old and I have been diagnoses with chronic periodontal disease. My dentist said i have loss 30 to 50% of bone. I have done deep cleaning and quite smoking. I have been smoking for 14 years. My previous dentist never notice my gum disease. I always had a crocked frontal teeth but it seems more crocked now, also i gap start.
