Do I Need Braces and Do I Have a Crossbite? (photo)

I think I have a crossbite but I don't know whether it goes left or right. But I already know that my teeth are crooked on the top row and just a little crooked on the bottom row. If this is a cross bite, what can be done to fix the cross bite? And I also want to know whether I would need braces or not.

okay it's been 3 days can someone answer my question please? I did all this signin up for this website for like 10 minutes of filling things out, I asked a question and there's no answer. What kind of website is this? If someone doesn't answer my question I'm gonna delete it.
