Ive had braces for a year without getting them adjusted i dont have dental... i want them off is there anything i can do to do that?

Braces removal can be simple
Removing braces can be done in a dental office or at home. A pair of pliers, elbow grease and a high tolerance for pain can lead to a braces free smile!
Any orthodontist and some dentists can remove brackets for you. If it is done in a new office, there will be a small fee to cover time and materials.
