Brace After Pectus Carinatum Surgery

In 2005 I had surgery at UCLA for a severe case of pectus carinatum. I'm now nearly 31 and while I'm very much pleased with the surgical result, there's still some asymmetry to my chest and I wanted to know if wearing a chest-wall brace would be able to "flatten out" and eliminate the differences between the two halves of the chest.
