Bra size after breast reduction?

No one can accurately predict your post-op cup size with an exam.  Bear in mind that a 38B is the same cup size as a 36C and also that cup sizes vary among manufacturers.  Having said that, my prediction is that you would be a C-cup following a 500 gram reduction.

EAch cup size tends to run 150-200cc. Therefore if you are reducing your breasts by 500 gms this would range from 2.5 - 3.3 cup sizes on average which would leave you with a 38B-C. Thi si only an estimate.
