I've Bottomed out, Should I Stop Exercising For the Time Being?

I've bottomed out and awaiting revision. Should I stop exercising, will it make it worse if I carry on. My arm and chest is like a dead weight Also should I get the one breast done or both? Only 1 has bottomed out. Silicone 5 years post op. Thanks
