Bottoming out implants

Your implants do not appear to be bottoming out. I cannot tell how soft or mobile they are. Breasts, implanted or not, tend to sag. I would not recommend additional surgery for now. Ask yourself - do I like the appearance of my chest/body? Do I like the way I look in clothing? Are my implants soft and mobile? do you feel that the implants are the right size for you? Look at your before pictures, pictures after 3, 6 and 9 months before... more

Bottoming out of implants

No, this is not technically "bottoming out," although a side view would help in this determination.  In agreement with other responders, my approach to revision if you are unhappy, would be submuscular with a lower profile prosthesis.  If you are happy with the size, because such a great percentage of your breasts consists of implant, the appearance of your breasts is and will be very close to that of whatever implant you have.

PHOTOS: BREASTS HAVE BOTTOMED OUT?

Your implants do not appear to be bottoming out but they do seem to big. Your implants almost have the appearance of flipping.

Implants and bottoming out

It is difficult to say from the photos whether or not you have bottoming out, but I would say that the implants may be a bit big for you.

Breast augmentation

Looking at your photos, it appears that your implants are way too large for your frame.  I would consider replacing them with smaller implants, perhaps even a breast lift.

Your implants are too big

It is hard to say what size implants would have been perfect for you,but the implants that you have are too big. Your skin is too stretched out and your breast can not hold the weight of the implant. You may have been a candidate for the breast lift and your surgeon tried to fill all of the stretched out breast skin with implant . You may need to have smaller implants and lift ,but your breast is too thin and there is high risk of complications. You may be better off leave your breast as... more

Bottoming Out More Likely with Large Implants

You do appear to have some "bottoming out" on two of the views among the photos that you provided.  Although you did not provide a pre-op photo, it appears that your implants are very large for your breasts.  Implants which are larger than your breast width have a signifivantly higher risk of "bootoming out" as well as other problems (malposition, fake look, etc.).

Postop breast implant issues

From your photos, you have some asymmetry but I wouldn't call that botoming out.  Without the scars in the creases riding up, it doesn't look bad.
