Muscle spasms around the eye can be treated with Botox, but I would coordinate that with an ophthamologist.

Botox for muscle spasms

Yes, Botox can be used for muscle spasms.  You need to make sure that you go to an experienced injector for the injection.  Under eye injections can be tricky since you do not want to affect the muscle that help you animate your mouth.  Good luck.
