Botox lasts three to four months on the face, mabye slightly longer on the neck

We have noted that the off-label use of Botox on the neck may last longer than facial botox by an additional month or more but most facial botox treatments last three to four months. There may be a possibility that Dysport lasts a couple of weeks longer than Botox but this deserves further study. see video

Can You Get Botox on Other Areas of the Face Other Than Forehead and Will It Last the Same Amount of Time?

I have used Botox in numerous areas of the forehead, face and neck for over 22 years and the longevity is consistent at between 3-6 months. Be sure you find an MD experienced in Botox treatments

Botox works well in several areas

Botox and any of the toxins can be used in many areas – and its longevity really depends on the injector and the skill level of that injector. We commonly use Botox on the forehead, for crow's feet, for the bunny lines on the nose, for the gummy smile, for the wrinkles and dimples on the chin, and for the neck bands. These are all considered off-label but has been useful in these areas for a long period of time.

Botox for use in multiple areas

Hello and thank you for your question! As the other surgeons on this board have stated, you are able to use botox in many other areas aside from your forehead. The only additional thing that I would like to add is that we find that botox will tend to metabolize quicker in areas that are more active in movement which could effect it's longevity. However, the typical amount of time that you will get out of a botox treatment is between 3-6 months. more

Botox for the forehead

Botox can be used in a variety of areas including (most commonly) the forehead, between the eyebrows, and around the eyes. It can also be placed in the upper and lower lip, chin, cheeks, neck, chest, and scalp. The duration of effect of Botox should be approximately the same no matter in which area it is placed - usually 3-6 months on average depending upon the patient and the amount injected.

Botox in areas other than the forehead

Botox is frequently placed in the brows, crows feet and upper cheeks, and occasionally in the lips. It generally lasts the same amount of time no matter where it is placed.

Botox for Other Areas of Face

Botox is very effective for treating many areas in addition to the forehead and glabella. These include, but are not limited to, crow's feet at the outer corners of the eyes, "bunny lines" on the bridge of the nose, downturned corners of the mouth, dimpling of the chin, gummy smiles, and hypertrophic masseter muscles. It usually lasts 3 - 4 months in each area, but sometimes longer. The most important factor in having a successful result is finding an experienced injector... more

Botox duration

As long as you get the proper amount of Botox for the area you are interested in treating and, as long as it's done by an expert injector, you should get beautiful results that last 3-4 months.

Botox in other areas than Forehead

Botox can be used in other areas than the forehead such as crow's feet. The duration of the product is generally 3 - 5 months although it lasts on some patients and in some areas better than others.

Yes, you can get Botox on areas other than the forehead.

Botox is useful to treat crow's feet around the eyes where it is injected near the outer corners of the eye, and into the masseter muscles, to help narrow a broad jawline, into the chin to treat pebbly chin and also for a gummy smile. It stays the usual time - around 4- 6 months, in these areas as well.
