I had liposuction in March and 4000 cc's taken out of my abs, back, and flanks. My stomach was completely flat and looked great at the end of June and all of July. This month all of a sudden it is saggy and has a few dimples. I haven't gained any weight and I have been working out and actually have lost weight. What would this happen? It looks a lot worse and I don't know what to do.
