Hot Implants
Do you have a fever or redness of your breasts? Are they tender? Infection is unlikely after breast implant surgery but you should see your surgeon to examine you. More likely the hot feeling your are having may be due to stretching of the overlying skin from surgery.

Hot feeling in chest 2 weeks after breast implants
I am not entirely sure what you mean by a "hot feeling." If you have any redness, fever, or shortness of breath, you should call your surgeon immediately. If not, the burning may simply be some of the little sensory nerves that were stretched during surgery beginning to come back.
