Due to the poor blood supply and relatively thin tissue in this area, most surgeons do not perform cosmetic procedures such as fat grafting in this area. I would strongly advise you to avoid the temptation to undergo any cosmetic procedures around the ankle other than sclerotherapy or laser treatments.
