Hello, I was wondering if there are any cosmetic doctors in the Chicago or Milwaukee vicinity that specialize in the bone cement technique that contours that skull shape? I was interested in this procedure because there are a few slight depressions on both sides of my cranium and I would like to have a more uniform and nicely rounded skull. Also, is bone cement actually made of bone components, or is the material a sort of metal?
