What you are describing is typically called a mommy makeover. In most patients that can be a liposuction of the abdomen and a breast implant, but can extend up to a full tummy tuck and a breast implant combined with a breast lift. Every woman will be different. What an amusing question, it adds a little spice to the discussion. Since I don't practice in a Mecca of celebrities, I can say with some comfort that our "Celebrity".types are human, the bleed, age, wrinkle and get fatter and stretch their tummies just like us normal fold. They just complain louder, demand attention, and usually pay three times the going rate to appease their egos! Fun question :)
