Why Do I Have Blue Veins on my Face?

I am 27 years old and have a tan complexion.I have permanent large blue visible veins that run up the middle of my forehead. I also have blue veins under the corner of both my lower lids and the sides of my mouth. They don't look like spider veins and are not as bad as a protruding varicose vein but they are becoming more visible. I think I am in good physcical health. Why do I have these veins on my face? Does it have anything to do with circulation? Should I be worried?
