Blocked Nose, Sore Throat and Bad Breath?

i always have a blocked nose , one side at least , after a while from taking a meal , my mouth gets dry and my throat becomes sore ( not so much though ) , and i get bad breath , there is headache but i guess it is migraine . is this sinusitis ? or something else ? how to treat ?
