Shaha, Fat Grafting is likely the best option for you. The synthetic products are also a possibility, however, I feel you will get the most natural result with your own fat. Just make sure you go to someone with extensive experience with fat grafting. Good luck

Fat injections or fat grafting can be performed for sunken and hollow eyes. However, it has to be done in the appropriate fashion so that it does not give the appearance of a lumpiness in the orbital area. It also has to be placed deep into the eyelid area so as not to be seen as lumpiness.

Based on the picture you have upper eyelid ptosis. This is a congenital condition. If you get a eye examination by a opthomologist you will have a visual field defect and usually these patient have a hard time seeing at night. You will need a ptosis repair and possible fat grafting.
