Bleeding After Septorhinoplasty?

Hello, I had a septorhinoplasty surgery 2 days ago and i have bleeding. I have splint and nasal packing (tampon) in my nose. Today i went to my doctor to remove them but bleeding was still. So my doctor placed new nasal packs (tampons) in my nose. Is that bleeding normal? Its like leakage, not a huge bleeding. I have mustache bandage, so its keeping away blood from me.I have to change this bandage every 2 hours. Its getting wet and bloody. Any help would be appreciated.
